We will not be held responsible for any disputes, disagreements, policy infringements, intellectual property rights issue, opinions arising out from any third party sources or viewers of such videos.

You acknowledge and agree that We are not responsible for the availability of any third party Websites or material You access through the Mirage Pictures Site.
We do not endorse and shall not be held responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or services on or available from such Websites or material.

Any resemblance in composition or editing effects to other stock videos elsewhere is purely coincidental and does not implies copying or reproducing of such stock videos from the third parties. Registered users to use the stock video footage in our Mirage Pictures site  for their own production in videos, documentary, programmes, web related videos, tourism videos, marketing videos and any other kinds of production is bound by the below agreement terms.

All Images and video are copyrighted and they are the properties of miragepictures.com.sg or its Image providers. Your rights to use the video are subject to this agreement and the restrictions specified. We hereby grant to You a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the video on the terms and conditions explained in this Agreement FREE OF CHARGE.
All Materials downloaded from miragepictures.com.sg is licensed to you by Mirage Pictures Pte Ltd upon registration. Downloading these Materials does not transfer any title from these Materials to you, or any intellectual property rights therein to you.
You may under no circumstances redistribute or sell this content at any time, and it is illegal to duplicate, download, or distribute any Materials from miragepictures.com.sg except for your use, which is subject to the usage guidelines.

3. In a way that can give a bad name to Mirage Pictures or the person(s) depicted on the Image.
4. As part of a trademark, service mark or logo.
5. In website templates that You intend to sell or distribute.
6. For creating printed reproductions that You intend to sell.
7. Reediting of the video material that will in any way give rise to negative mis-interpretation or false and untrue presentation to its original context..
8. SELLING AND REDISTRIBUTION OF THE IMAGE (INDIVIDUALLY OR ALONG WITH OTHER IMAGES) IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!
   DO NOT SHARE THE IMAGE WITH OTHERS!

3. UNAUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTION

You may not place any of our video, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, DVD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale in a fashion that would violate this license.

4. MODIFICATIONS

You are permitted to make whatever modifications necessary to our images to make them fit your requirements. However, they will still be subject to this license regardless of the extent of the modification.

5. NONTRANSFERABLE LICENSE

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else.

6. STOCK VIDEO OWNERSHIP

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our video, modified or unmodified. All videos remain as our property. None of videos may be copyrighted. 
You understand that Materials are copyrighted and owned by Mirage Pictures Pte Ltd only, and any unauthorized use of any of these Materials by you may be an infringement upon said copyright. 
 
miragepictures.com.sg and all Materials are made available to you "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," and "WITH ALL FAULTS."  Mirage Pictures Pte Ltd and its employees, directors, and officers and anyone else associated with miragepictures.com.sg makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.  Mirage Pictures Pte Ltd further makes no representation or warranty that your usage of  miragepictures.com.sg will be uninterrupted, error free of computer viruses, or other damaging materials.  When you login to your account, and access miragepictures.com.sg, you do so at your own risk.

You agree to fully, indemnify, and hold harmless Mirage Pictures Pte Ltd, its employees, directors, officers, and any other entity associated with miragepictures.com.sg, and each  of its successors, licensees, and assigns free and harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, costs, losses, damages, expenses, including attorneys? fees and expenses, arising in connection with Your use of the Materials and this website or of any breach or alleged breach of any representation, warranty, or other promise made by You in this Agreement.
 
ENTIRE AGREEMENT.

You acknowledge that this agreement expresses the parties entire understanding and agreement, and that there have been no warranties, representations, covenants, or understandings made by either party to the other except as expressly set forth in this agreement.  Any modifications to this agreement shall be made in writing and agreed to by both parties in writing.  The parties further acknowledge that this agreement supersedes, terminates, and otherwise renders null and void any and all prior or contemporaneous agreements or contracts, whether written or oral, entered into between the Buyer and Seller with respect to the matters expressly set forth in this agreement.
